Is Newlands Prepared?

Last year the North Wellington Resilience Trust was told that there was a Civil Defence Manager for Newlands, and through mutual agreement with the Wellington Emergency Management Office (WEMO) it suspended its disaster preparedness operations for the area. But what has happened in the interim? The former CEO of the NZRT expresses his concern over a lack of action by the Council.
